Strong people management boosts morale and engagement, reduces turnover, and fosters better communication across your practice. A practice can have abundant resources and top talent and still fall apart. People management is how you hold everything together and grow stronger.
A group of smart people is very different from a high-performing team. To help everyone move as one, it can be helpful to do much of your people management at the team level.
